Large private backyard with, craftsman inspired patio, large grassy areas, new playset and Avocado and Lemon tree. Garage outfitted as playroom with ping pong, poker room, kids art station and video gaming area. Oh and don't worry about bandwidth.. with a 250MBps Internet Gateway, you will have plenty of speed to host those Zoom meetings and keep streaming Netflix. Very close to Interstate 5 the house is close to several major airports including John Wayne (Orange County), Long Beach, LAX, Ontario International with San Diego, Burbank and even Palm Springs as decent alternatives. John Wayne is the closest at approximately 10 miles away. This is a no-smoking house and property which means no smoking anywhere inside or outside of the home. If you do, you will forfeit your deposit and possibly face additional fees. Please respect your neighbors who are extremely sensitive to second hand smoke and excessive noise. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee. TAll animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately. You will have use of the entire home and yard. The doors are combo locked and we are close by in case of emergency. You will receive and email with the door codes and driving directions two days before your arrival.
