I sent a request to Louise for a same-day booking (because our first choice house was still pending a payment update with Scouter and couldn’t be booked). I recognized that it was last minute, and said it was fine if she couldn’t approve my request, but also let her know that if I didn’t hear from her by a certain time, that she could cancel my request because I would be cancelling my photoshoot. Louise didn’t respond within the 2 hour window, so I sent a message asking her to please cancel the request. Instead she sent me some questions, told me I was too “demanding” to ask for a response within a certain time frame, and proceeded to charge me for the booking. Fortunately I was able to dispute the charge and Scouter refunded it. Then she left negative feedback on my account because she mistook the expiration time to my request as a demand. It was not.
